Best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, second best time is today, so at least you figured out all these things early.
In fact investing at all puts you ahead of most people,
I don't know much about your boyfriends but I can say you are a doer now, you're kicking ass doing a side hustle, you write wonderfully (soft skills) and you wrote this great, vulnerable piece, so unconcealed weaknesses, 31 is your year
thanks so much! I guess I don't have side hustles anymore since I don't have a "job" with a company. So side hustles = main hustles. There is a lot more ups and downs but gotta embrace the suck
I relate to number 2 so much! I was always in idea mode, dreaming big with grand visions and 1000+ people waitlists. When reality didn't match up, I'd think the idea was flawed and move on to another grand vision. It wasn't until recently that I realized the problem was not committing to the execution. Thanks for sharing these learnings!
Well said! I recently saw an info graph with how long some SaaS products find product market fit. It surprised me to know that it took Slack 4 years. Good things take time, and the best time to build is now.

Aha true true, yeah that is rough, but hopefully the ups become higher than before
I’m 32, Asian and am def still struggling with #1! Thanks for sharing and being brutally honest
Hope we can both be 100% ourselves
